    I bought 2 x turkey mince as well but that isn't showing. hth

    I think you may have bought the wrong one - if I am right you bought extra lean £4 each/2 for £7 instore and appears as that on your receipt. You wanted lean, £2.45 per pack instore, but 2 for £4.90, appears as 2 for £7 on apg.

    Evening all. Just finished catching up.

    Gutted that I can't join in with the meal deal glitch! The offer is not showing at all when signed in on my account and I have the wording indicating that my store is using the new pricing policy. I take it there is no way round this and it's game over for me now for C&C glitches? Really annoying as not only can I not take advantage of the glitches, but I can't even order the meal deal at the £5 offer price. Any idea why this is not showing for some people as it is a legitimate, current offer?

    Thanks xxxx

    :eek:I'm responding to this the way I originally read [red] it, but I've now noticed an ambiguity and you might not have meant it this way:

    I think the lack of signage is just that they haven't put the new offer label up rather than an indication that the new offer is now ending. They have removed the previous 2 for £2 offer signage to avoid GC possibilities but simply not put the new one up yet.

    That was in relation to the Quorn. However - the ambiguity is that you could be referring to the meal deal.

    I might try the Southern Fried Bites now - thanks for that:T:T. When my freezer isn't totally full:mad::rotfl::rotfl:.
    Sorry for the ambiguity Savvy, yes I was referring to the meal deal:)

    As I said, we tend to chuck very little out, because of all my planning and buying things to be consumed within relevant times on them. Occasionally, the people in my house thwart it a little, by consuming things out of order despite my rearrangement and telling them not to take anything from the second cupboard. They ignore me:doh:.

    You tell them, but they ignore you anyway:D. (Rather reminds me of Rage Against the Machine now, on Radio 5 Live:rotfl:.)

    We chuck extremely little and I completely ignore BB dates (on everything except eggs) anyway. (That's why I said "within relevant times on them" (my emphasis). (The careful Asperger's person's wording again!) BB dates are irrelevant, and are therefore not the timescales I look at when I am buying - the "relevant" time is much much longer, even if not specific, and therefore is taken into account in all my planning of what to buy and when, to all be used within the relevant times. It's a system and it largely works:cool:. Only the occasional 'thwarting' by them taking things too early and out of date order or unexpectedly not consuming things that I thought they would. It works the other way too - there's little chance of eggs being consumed enough, so I no longer buy them. I might get them on a rare occasion, if we had a lot of bacon - and only then with my constant encouragement for some time after buying them to make sure they were all used up timely enough (not necessary eat-by date now it seems that means).)

    Hi deb are you able to shop in store for the meal deal? I think that is what most of us have been doing as it works perfectly in store;)

    Been out walking this evening after being let down earlier. It's been quite nice actually even if it is getting a bit chilly now!

    I think a house warming would be fun! As long a no one minds sitting on the floor :rotfl: David. Will be guest of honour :D

    The Road not Taken by Robert Frost

    Two roads diverged in a yellow wood,
    And sorry I could not travel both
    And be one traveler, long I stood
    And looked down one as far as I could
    To where it bent in the undergrowth;

    Then took the other, as just as fair,
    And having perhaps the better claim,
    Because it was grassy and wanted wear;
    Though as for that the passing there
    Had worn them really about the same,

    And both that morning equally lay
    In leaves no step had trodden black.
    Oh, I kept the first for another day!
    Yet knowing how way leads on to way,
    I doubted if I should ever come back.

    I shall be telling this with a sigh
    Somewhere ages and ages hence:
    Two roads diverged in a wood, and I—
    I took the one less traveled by,
    And that has made all the difference.

    I'm sorry, I really just should automatically know when something is safe or not, without having to analyse matters. I just can't do it (the automatic know). I really do have Asperger's don't I?:rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:
