I was thinking how generous the S promotion was until I remembered that we are not normal shoppers.
A glance around the petrol pumps showed £20 fills up to £60 and at the SS tills there was a bin, full to overflowing, with points vouchers.
And then you have the people who care so little about money that they just throw them away or put them in their wallet and forget about them. And the people that don't even have nectar cards:eek:To do is to be. Rousseau

I just tried to persuade Mr TS to go and fill up his car tomorrow, he hates driving anywhere. But apparently it's the community garden day. So looks like I might have to go with one car and then back with mine. I don't like driving his car it's like a tank, little car but no power steering so I do hope they have saved some good ones for tomorrow.
I am well impressed you got Mr TM in on the act. :T0 -

£2 small cereal - way to go:(:rotfl:. At least I am grateful that the small supermarkets do not stock this:
Nestle Coco Caramel Shreddies (500g)
£1.00 20p / 100g
£2.49 any 2 for £4.00
£2.49

The meal deal is something that they might buy in the small supermarkets (and also elsewhere), and indeed they have done, and at least they can't put this onto their shop as well:) (althoughfor me as neither can I buy it there instead:rotfl:)!
So, it may be worth looking for some wombles at small supermarkets at the moment - if there are any available at all and if they ever buy enough items:mad:(:rotfl:) - they rarely do! - they usually buy 7:p - as they might buy a meal deal and can't buy that £1 cereal:T or - what was it I had the other day? - might buy the fresh veg. items that are nowadays working out good against M due to it having put its prices down a bit (or no longer the expensive place that it has been for the last several months).0 -
