Sorry 36 pages behind but will have a skim in a minute.

By mid afternoon felt like I should have stayed in bed.

Text to site manage as heating wasn't coming on downstairs and bath water not very warm. Asked him to attend with plumber and electrician as I feel intimidated by electrician. He did and bought his lovely sidekick with him:D
Plumber set water to what he says is as hot as it goes but not hot enough to add cold to to get water pressure right for shower. Plumber tweaked boiler and said heating was working. Electrician just looked at me like I was stupid. Well when they left heating did not come on downstairs. Spoken to a friend and he still thinks it is wired wrong.
Electrician checked tv again and said I had 80% signal. Now my virgin engineer friend says should be 100% so will improve it for me. He did say to use you view box to get better signal.

BT next. They said waiting for site manager to tell them it was ready. Well apparently it isn't. Next door had virgin installed today. Nice couple. He is going to come and look at my heating tomorrow as he knows how to work his:rotfl:

Visit to the Range for nice table decorations and bits for party bag making
Then curry for washer dryer. Ok I ordered a hotpoint. Now heard conflicting reports about stability and house fires. Going back to change for the more expensive Samsung tomorrow which is the nicer one anyway. Used my 02 code which covered the installation costs.

Popped up to old house to find a lovely delivery from a friend who is unable to join me on my big day. Made me well up as was such a lovely gesture. Also delivery of goodies from same friend for party bags so god only knows what I have to collect from post office.

It was a lovely way to round off not such a great day. I feel loved and blessed to have such a great friend.

Pedicure with N tomorrow and collect my go walks from sports direct I bought the day I went on holiday when they were stupidly cheap. Hope they still have the order.

Sorry for lack of thanks and hugs as not up to date but please take what you need anyway. Lots of love here tonight.

The love is always alive on here no matter who tries to spoil it :D

I didn't know that Lady Di lived so close to me and I'd actually be able to attend her fundraising breakfast, but she does and I am absolutely going to be there......if she dares send me the postcode :p

It's not far away for any locals who want to join me. I'll drive and I'm relatively safe :rotfl::rotfl:

    Photos to follow :p

I found this by chance earlier....just one in stock I suppose.....I had been looking at party dresses in the sale last week and they come up on a bar at the bottom of the page.
Last week there were only size 6 & 8 left but today size 14 ....so well worth fiddling about with the website as there are hidden gems xxx

I am going to bed now so I can't be tempted with any dress links I have been staying well away from Debenhams. :rotfl: It is always far too tempting. :o

Hope you get all the teething problems with your new home sorted soon VT. x

    :)

All's well - we have had a tasty tea, I've dealt with 2 wees :o & now he is in his wheelchair in the sitting room but on the higher level as there are 2 steps down to sofa area & TV :(
It's a bit like he is in the 'circle' & Mum & I are in the 'stalls'

He suggested maybe we could get him down the 2 steps... but I've never driven a pram let alone a wheelchair.
    Do they go down steps?
    It has small wheels

So far so good, he is just chilling & relaxing ♥

It would be easy to bump it up and down 2 steps if it had big wheels but don't try with small ones. Is there a local carpenter that could make a ramp as might feel more normal for your dad to be on the usual level.

PD sorry for your sad news about your neighbour. He is so lucky to be here and hopefully his brain will repair itself over time.

Right, so I've not got one (or not seen one:o:o) in my Ms and the price collectors have it! Altogether now - "that's unusual!":rotfl:.:o:o:o:eek::rotfl: It's undoubtedly over now, as it was last day of the offer, but I'm happy with my other Pots... plus my expensive fillers:(.

But, hey, careful - notice the way in which I couched it: "I did not believe" that M had White Chocolate. Well, my belief has now changed!:D I never said they didn't have it - and was not ruling out the possibility (even though I felt it remote, but no longer feel it to be that anymore) that the price collectors might have it in a store and pick it up.

But, look - 1Kg Carrots, Yorks. Pudds (SP, but even the AB was missed off when it mattered:(), Loose Ginger, Loose Broccoli, Garlic, Polo Mints, Extra Strong Mints, Mentos Mints, Air Wick Double Fresh Plug In, Oven Muffins, Loose Turnip previously, Loose New Potatoes, SP Jaffa Cakes (though that may be a weight issue), Beansprouts, SP Milk Choc bar (after a brief disappearance from a.com but then came back and doesn't seem to have made it into their M database), SP Low Fat Yogurts (returned after a stockout in M but now N/A on the APG), that fabric conditioner that Sal tried... they seem to miss a lot more than I do! (To be fair I didn't pick up the fabric conditioner initially either - which is why I can't remember precisely which size it was so I'm not trying to guess:rotfl: - because it wasn't my price guide but it was clearly stocked by M - on msm and I did later check it in M and found it.)

I'm off to bed and I'm well aware no one listens to me anymore. it happens when you get old and ill.

I don't get what all the wind up stuff is about. We all have hard lives in one way or another so why take pleasure out of winding folk up?? it doesn't make you look good. you looked better when you were yourself.

So the elite missed out on re-using apg's......who would've done it anyway? not many. I feel sad that money is so important to some people but that's just me.
