    i really need to work on my fillers, 5 for £1 sweets and a tin of peas/garlic bred etc are just not working, i could do with finding real food thats cheap and i can stock upon, like the 20p spagetti or some yogurt type thing

    I usually get 1 carrot, 1 parsnip, 1 red onion, 1 white onion 1 banana , then if you do a few shops you have enough veg for a meal or making soup etc
    Failing that i get cheaper tin stuff and put in foodbank
