Makes sense with the new tills - unless you get the CS who hasn't been briefed yet and wants to check all the details, check the receipt, write on the receipt and process for you, as I did yesterday on SS.

twirl/galaxy golden/malteaser and muchies all ok from 1pm shop.

and i just love asda staff absolute muppets.

been only a few months since a new manager was instore whom overturned my store ban due to the old staff hating me make use of apg issues. He said he totally couldnt understand why there had been an issue and i was happy to shop in his store.

roll on 6 months yet another new manager whom said only last week he had been draughted in to sort out the stores poor customer service.

i went to store last week and did my weekly shop and realised id been overcharged on 4 items and some vouchers had been rejected at the bottom of my receipt so i rung up and a manager said come in and they will sort it.

anyway i went instore and the cs desk insisted that they will not give me the £2gc for an overcharge as they didnt believe me and would give me difference as a gesture of good will and also my vouchers had got rejected at the end of one of my receipts last week but i hadnt realised they would just put on a gc. I asked why as i paid cash it couldnt be cash but for this they took it upon themselves to speak with the new manager and get me banned as i had questioned then about both above. All he said was he will believe his staff and if i want to write to him in a year to review it. I asked him for any evidence but he said he wont show me. No name taken no paperwork given. the fact he told me he was there to sort out the poor customer service and then allows the old staff who got me barred before to do it again.

never mind though the next store i went to i got the eggs from said they had a lady whom they think is picking receipts out of bins as she always has loads of apgs so this is good as i can keep under radar in this one.

Lol, I'm obviously happy to go over budget if he needs more chicken soup. He thinks he might have some scrambled egg tonight.
