How far back are you trying to go because the offer only started on the 13th.

On both apps i can see it when i select T or A and any of 13th/14th/15th

It still shows as an active offer with 1day left

The printhead has a problem. On their website it says it is a known problem and to enter your serial number to check warranty status. Then it tells me the warranty has expired. Then it goes through some test stuff and says I will get a callback within 48 hours.

As it happens the cartridges are all virtually empty, so if it was going to fail now is a good time to do it.

They will look it up on your account, and if it was from them will refund you no questions asked.
