I have joined the "Get Moving" campaign run by our Council. So trying to do 20 mins exercise per day. So removed all the clothes from the exercise bike in my bedroom - but it's so boring.


DS suggested that I look at something on YouTube while I am cycling. Ended up watching an episode of One Foot in the Grave - well nearly fell off the bike laughing and did 28 mins without any effort! Although now nursing a bruise on my ankle bone were I missed the pedal a couple of times.

Some it is and some it isn't. It wasn't advertised in my local so I took a set of 3 items to customer service to get it price checked and said I had seen it on line. It scanned as £5.00 so all good I think that only Rhosyn has managed to find a store where the deal doesn't work:(

when you got to Waitrose to get your free COS items also get Greenvale potatoes and save the receipt, this is vital (as the promoters will ask for it) and packaging and enter this competition
