Bubbs, you'll be fine. It's not painful just a very unpleasant feeling as you swallow the tube. It's hard to relax as it feels so unnatural and it makes you gag a bit as it goes down. Only lasts for seconds and once it's down you won't feel a thing. Just don't wear eye make up or you will look like a panda!!!ELITE 5:2

No pancakes for me TM. Usually one of my culinary disasters and no-one wants to eat them. Think the phrase 'lead balloons' springs to mind. My other culinary disaster is omelette - usually comes out like egg foo yung :rotfl:0 -
