He expects me to walk to Ts when milk is needed.
I don't drink milk so have no idea when it is needed.
In Ts RTC section the other day I bought some of that UHT milk as was in a damaged box of 6 - for a just in case - in the future.
"why have you bought that? we'll never use it"
I went away last weekend - he drank UHT.... today he's run out again. I refused to go to Ts.
UHT to the rescue. ...
:wall::wall::wall::wall:
that is the sort of annoying thing OH does. Certain items only he eats but I am expected to know instantly when he has run out of them.
Then he says well you have been into x number of supermarkets this weekend why didn't you get my biscuits, crisps, chips, coke, chocolate, coleslaw, granola bars, sandwich bread or whatever else he is missing ...
He says what have you been doing all day? - my reply is well I am not standing with my head in the fridge or the cupboard all day constantly checking to see if you have run out of something vital
I even got earache for the time he ran out of granola bars even though he had left 2 empty boxes in the cupboard - how was I to know the boxes were empty and not full :rotfl:“Create all the happiness you are able to create; remove all the misery you are able to remove. Mrs Truly....yes I'm here and would love a cup of tea and cake x
Cant quite put into words what I want to say.....but today is definitely a day of wishing.....
You have a choice....the lemon one that sank in the middle or the tea loaf that was in the oven too long and has gone crispy around the edges.
If you are prepared to wait I'll do you a salad:rotfl:
Yup....you're right about words......sometimes you can never find the right ones:o it'll be right inside your head.....To do is to be. Rousseau

its weird having the house all to yourself especially at weekends - in theory you can do anything you fancy but instead you cant settle to doing anything at all - its not even nice enough to go and dig the compost heap.
I made a start in the garden the other day....but I have had to abandon my efforts until the rain subsides..too wet yesterday...although looking out of the window I'm surprised how light it still is for 5pm considering the weather isnt good.frugal October...£41.82 of £40 food shopping spend for the 2 of us!

Yes OH had a sudden and urgent need for headphones during the week so he did immediate click and collect and the only place he could get them from was a Argos within a Homebase which is about a 10 mile round trip.
I got him to come home and collect the nectar card and the sainsburys credit card before he set off so it was £25 in nectar points and £4.99 in real money.
bit of a shock seeing the drop in nectar points next day but better than spending £29.99 in real money.
so this weekends till spit bonus means I am nearly back up to the original total :j“Create all the happiness you are able to create; remove all the misery you are able to remove.
