Hi this in behalf f my brother he is on the above network but is not able to get through to their cs as he wants to advise that he want pac code for his number as he got a phone with nano sim and to tranfer it the number as his present phone had died and his present sim not fit in new phone what can he do

PAC is needed to port a number to another network, not to a different size sim with the same network.
It's easier to buy a very cheap adapter (or DIY) than to deal with EE CS that went down the toilet after the merger.
That said, I don't think that TM offer anything good for PAYG customers. Possibly, it's worth using this opportunity for shopping around for a better deal with some other provider.0
