Vodafone Nightmare

I have had an ongoing complaint with Vodafone since July 2015 due to vodafone incorrectly setting up my new sim only contract. Since July I have made countless calls to customer services, at times for up to 2½ hours! i have written to vodafone's CEO twice, letters not even acknowledged. Vodafone are incorrectly taking the incorrect amount from my bank account. I have asked for my contract to be cancelled due to vodafone mis-selling this contract to me - which they have admitted, but no-one from vodafone, including the CEO cares, it seems, about their customers. ive been to the CAB, ive sent a complaint to the Ombudsman - nothing. this situation has given me nothing but stress and anxiety. ive been to our local vodafone shop, the staff were rude, dismissive and completely unhelpful. i am now at a loss as to what to do, especially when the CEO of vodafone WONT acknowledge my letters! i have NEVER had service like this and want this resolved, but not sure what to do now...can anybody help ?
