I'm in my mid-20s and I'm the same
I'm actually kinda hoping to win something like a generous shopping voucher, so that I can just go on a guilt-free spending spree, because I have a feeling that if I got anything else (cash, or prizes that can be easily sold and hence "converted" into money) would just go towards my rent and/or savings

I know I am very old comping wise, I only try for white goods ( in case my current crop break) money ( I still do have a mortgage) books ( read and pass on) consumables ( love food) more up to date electrical ( my TV is a few years old now and not as connective as I would like, plus old electricals get a new home with friends)
I want no "things" I have enough things already, when we moved into this house I got rid of loads of "things" and now if I buy a new thing, some other thing has to go.
A holiday would be nice but just got a puppy and kitten so not much chance of going unless either/both pets can come or it includes kennel/cattery fees.
Oh and about to get another puppy.63 mortgage payments to go.

When I won £5000 last October, I was fortunate to receive it cleared on Black Friday week, so spent it all on my house, new washer, dryer, cooker, microwave, kettle toaster, smart 4k tv, sofas, new floor downstairs, cutlery, plates, pots and pans, dining table and the grand that was left over went on xmas. Had some amazing deals because of black friday, love walking into my kitchen with everything shiny and new and same with my lounge.
Very proud of laying new floor myself throughout my downstairs, back breaking but fun.
I thought long and hard whilst waiting for the cheque to arrive and know we have had some amazing holidays thanks to comping so would rather have something to show for it hence replacing just about everything downstairs.
We donated everything we replaced to british heart foundation and the letter they sent saying they had raised over £750 was the icing on the cake.
We are about to build a conservatory and new drive and that's thanks to winning 2k of garden furniture last year it gave us the oomph we needed to decide.
A few years ago all cash wins went on holidays but now into my 40's I just want my house to be top notch.

And the heads that get shook in my household at me raving on about my sensor dryer and how quick it dries and turns off without being told and how much I love it say it all!#JusticeForGrenfell0 -
