Boiler broken ,exchange tomorrow.

We recently sold our rental house, didn't realise until two weeks before exchanging and completing on the same day that there was an issue with the boiler. The prospective buyers came for another look after the tenant moved out, I think to make sure we had suitably cleaned it, and straight away asked if we would have the boiler serviced and a CP12 issued. We didn't want to lose the sale and so we paid someone to come in. It cost us less than £100. Ours wasn't firing properly but after a good clean out it was fine. It might not be that big a deal and I am sure they probably wont want to lose a sale over it.0

The EA and vendor are going out today to see if they can fix it so I'm guessing it hasn't been drained down and there is no mysterious switch! That would be nice however as it means there would be no problem exchanging tomorrow.
I guess we might as well continue to be comfy in our rented accomodation.0 -
