ending phone contract without a fee
i have a phone on 3 network, had poor service over past few days (having to use a PAYG phone as serive is not working and won't be reactivated for at least a further 72 hours), and want to cancel the contract without the termination fee, any advice greatly recieved!!!

You won't like the advice, but you cannot cancel without paying a termination fee.
That's what being in a contract is all about - 3 are covered against the problems you report, and you accepted the terms when you agreed to the contract.We'll provide our Services within 3's network area but it's always possible that the quality or coverage may be affected at times0 -

yup,depending on the length of contract left you maybe alble to drop to the lowest available tarrif and pay off the remaining contract.
depends on whats the cheapest option0 -
If you really wanted a fight then 3 would have to show proof they are doing everything they can to rectify the situation.0
