Small Court Claims against a Person

Hi everyone, I couldn't find the right forum category so I think this is the one which is closer my issue.

I used the online service MoneyClaim website for suing a person through the Small Court Claims as this person owes me £270 due to some bills while he was living in my property (contract says he's subjected to pay this).

He agreed to pay but then he vanished from the place, so I found where he lives and works now. After sending a friendly letter saying I would take him to court, he refused to pay even agreeing he owes the money. He said not now but maybe later.

After a month of this, I issued a claim on MoneyClaim website and he didn't reply to this, this way I requested judgment against this claim. After few days, the history says it has been issued.

When I am supposed to hear from the judgement ?

Thanks in advance

The response on your earlier thread gives you one option.

A read of MSE's Small Claims Court guide will explain other options and the processes.

Doesn't the claim value need to be £600 odd for that to be available?
