Small Claims Court - Ex flatmate address

Hi,
I had a problem with a previous flatmate and I want to take him to small claims court as he is refusing to pay 3 months of shared bills while he was living with me.
He is refusing to pay so I think this is the best way to try to get my money back.
Problem is I know where he works at the moment but not his current residential address. I read I cannot process this without a residential address, so it is complicated as I do not know where he lives now.
How can I get his address ?
Can I not use his workplace address ?
I wanted to ask also, all bills were under my name but it specified in the contract that he would share the bills. Do you think I could still get my money back ?
Thank you.

You might win a small claims case, but that does not automatically get you your money back-if he ignores the judgement then you have to pay to use bailiffs.
You need to use the address as specified on the claim form, if you know his work address then you should be able to find a home address-follow him home? Get the address from a friend? No free lunch, and no free laptop
