Well I cannot believe this. By chance I came across a mention of flight delay compensation, a few weeks ago and realised that my daughter's flight in August 2014 might qualify for consideration.
First time that I have ever booked a longhaul full fare flight.
Heathrow to Washington Dulles with United. 5 hour delay out of Heathrow and this led to missing the connecting flight etc. etc.
Dug out the booking emails and provided all the info , plus my description of the catalogue of issues regarding a 15 year old missing her connection .
Yesterday I received the form from United to claim 600 Euros and requesting our payment details and address .

Thank you Money Saving Expert website.
