Vodafone - Im stuck !!

Okay so its a real long story but here goes ..

Ive a vodafone contract, Recently some company called " MiraGames" has taken £90 a month from Sep- Dec from the account.

The total is £360, I have not a clue who they are, Ive tried to contact them ( its chinese ) and ive tried to claim it back via vodafone. Its caused me £75 in bank charges in which ive told vodafone il accept if they give me my £360 back but they refuse to admit liability.

Its some kind of premium service which i have NEVER authorized or known of, Ive called numerous times only to be told a manager will call me back but then still no1 calls i call back and im told I am liable.....

What do i do????!!!!!

I hate our telecoms regulators (Ofcom? Payphoneplus?) that created this mess. Turned our contract mobiles into unlimited credit cards, allowed providers to share the proceeds with the fraudsters and left customers powerless and unprotected.
The most incompetent regulators in our country. I don't see why this is different from banking where in the same situations customers have far more protection and have just to report fraud to get a refund.
