You need to reset the RCD, switch off both storage heaters and the economy immersion heater and wait until E7 switching time.

After switching time; check the RCD as you switch on each appliance one by one (immersion, Dimplex 1, Dimplex 2). Also test the RCD 'test' button. If the RCD won't reset there may be a fault on the neutral side (probably immersion heater if not double-pole isolated).

My guess is the bottom immersion heater U/S (live or neutral leak to earth).
