Applying for Balance Transfer?

Hi
Just a few days ago I applied for an Aqua Credit Card. Now I have a Vanquis which I applied in 2011 and an Aqua, couple of days ago.
I applied via the experian credit matcher since my credit history score is around 319 out of 999.
If I were to use the same tool for a balance transfer card and apply for one, am I more likely to get it? since only a couple of days ago I applied for a credit card which left a mark on my credit history even though I got approved for it.
Experian also tells you the chance of you getting approved for one. I had a 95% chance of getting approved for an Aqua credit card.
Thanks

The reason you were likely approved for the Aqua card is because you have a poor credit history. Aqua and Vanquis are subprime cards.
Your credit score is meaningless and no lender sees it, only you.
The only subprime card that accepts balance transfers that I know of is Capital One and they have an eligibility checker on their website before you apply.

Experian Credit Matcher is a marketing gimmick, the same as their credit ‘score’. Their ‘service’ doesn’t take into account your salary amongst many other criteria so take their recommended products and your eligibility success with a massive dose of salt.I'm a Board Guide on the Credit Cards, Loans, Credit Files & Ratings boards.
