[FONT="]I have been using the Resolver system to pursue a claim for delayed flight compensation, in response to my last e-mail I received the following reply which I do not understand can anyone offer any advice.[/FONT]

I think it means we don't use human beings to deal with responses initially but someone will read it eventually unless you changed their original response!
I hope this was for a flight leaving the UK as AA have no liability under EU261 for flights delayed in the US returning home to the UK0
