  • Do they not need to prove that this is not true though? All they have is 2 photos, one at 9am and 1 just after 11am.

They do indeed need to prove it is not true, but you should not be maing untrue statements in the hope they can't come up with the evidence.

The BPA CoP mentions grace periods at the beginning and end of parking. Minimum of eleven minutes at the end. I can't remember if there is an actual time quoted at the beginning, but the scumpany have to allow a motorist enough time to read the signs and decide whether to park or go elsewhere.

Hi all. I have completed the DQ and sent it off. I was thinking though, the car park is free for 2 hours and no return within 90 minutes. Who's to say parked up at 9am, got my ticket at 9.03, left for 91minutes and then got another ticket at 11.05am. I would not have breached the contract as I left for 91 minutes. What are your thoughts?

Stop thinking of any sneaky or untrue ways to approach this matter. This is court and you could be held in contempt and the Judge would come down on you like a ton of bricks.

The Judge will want to know what DID happen and what your defence points are. As others say, keep the moral high ground and be confident and hinest as a witness in court if it goes to a hearing in the end. Be ready to submit your full defence when you get notice of the hearing date.
