UKPC started court proceedings

It's all done by a warden that takes a picture at 9am then takes a picture at 11.02am. Therefore, I was probably on the car park before 9am. However, the differences in the pictures are 2hours and 2 minutes.

... and many more (I got bored copying and pasting the links, but you get the idea. UKPC were banned from getting DVLA data for a few months because of this fraud. You may want to remind them of this. And you certainly want to make heavy hints in your defence about how easy it is to falsify the photos and UKPC have a history of doing this.
You may want to draw the CEO's attention to UKPC's criminal behaviour, too.0 -

I believe a grace period still applies but I'm not sure how that works.
Was the warden in full uniform?
Do the pictures *look* 2 hours apart? UKPC have form for doctoring them to generate fines - see here: http://www.telegraph.co.uk/news/uknews/crime/11858473/Parking-firm-UKPC-admits-faking-tickets-to-fine-drivers.html
Have a look and see if there's anything in the pictures that'd give away a time period (shadows, pedestrians, other cars). Even the suggestion that they have form for this should be enough to put them on the back foot.0 -

Unfortunately, i do not have the pictures. These letters were thrown away and ignored as i thought it was a scam. I cannot comment on the warden as i have never seen him/her.0 -

This is massively helpful, i will use this in my defence, if it gets that far and i will definitely make the Landowner aware0 -

You should ask for them as part of your defense. Then you can hopefully find some flaw in them that casts enough doubt to sink them.0 -
Hope the landowner is not AvivaInvesters.com. I have first hand experience that Aviva bend over backwards to defend UKPC!!0

Can anyone help with finding the landowners? The car park is joint between costa coffee and Ibis Hotel in Manchester, Great Ancoats Street. I have had a response from costa to say they are not the landowner but they will not respond to tell me who it is.0 -
Pay £3 or so for a Land Registry Search online.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

Hi all. I have completed the DQ and sent it off. I was thinking though, the car park is free for 2 hours and no return within 90 minutes. Who's to say parked up at 9am, got my ticket at 9.03, left for 91minutes and then got another ticket at 11.05am. I would not have breached the contract as I left for 91 minutes. What are your thoughts?0
