Sofaworks/Sofology Price Promlems

Hi everyone,
To answer some questions, I bought a new sofa from the Sofaworks Rotherham store on the 13/12/2015. I Paid the deposit on my credit card and then the balance on my debit card at a later date and the sofa has not arrived yet.
The issue is that I was told in store that as sofa works don't do 'deals' I would not find any special offers in the new year. This falls in line with their ethos about sofa shopping. However, they are now offering discounts to the tune of which I would be £200 better off. I have called the contact centre twice and they are not willing to honour the offer despite what I was told in store (and lead to believe by their advertising).
It states in the terms and conditions they gave me with my order that they have a 'Best price guarantee'
It reads:-
This offer is applicable only to new furniture and excludes both reduced to clear, refurbished and any other product subject to a stock clearance.
Price Match
We guarantee that you can't find the same item advertised for less in any other store.
Should you find this not to be the case, subject to the required proof below we agree to refund 110% of the price difference.
This offer applies only up to and including the day of delivery.
This price promise requires you to prove that another retailer can both readily supply the exact same product made by the same original manufacturer and also to provide proof of the price.
Price and availability will be verified further with that supplier before the price match is completed.
I have said to them that had I ordered it now from Sofology in Doncaster it would be £200 less!
I seem to be getting no joy from Sofa (whoever they are now). Is my best option to do a chargeback for the deposit as I was miss informed about the price of the item and miss informed when I made the purchase? I was obviously happy to buy during December based on the false information they gave me.
Can anyone help

Wow, many thanks for the warning! I somehow feel sorry for Leah. It's a shame as their sofas did actually look nice & comfy in the store. Oh well .....0
