Buyer requested the parcel be sent to the shop again, and has also declined my offer to split the compensation with him as I've "done more than anyone could reasonably be expected to" in resolving the situation.

So that's +£20 to me.

Edit: maybe I should sneakily process like a £5 refund or something though. I don't know. It's rare coming across a buyer that patient and willing to not blame me for a problem out of my control. And he did pay the Royal Mail fee of £10.50 when Collect+ was only £5.72 (again, at his insistence, because I had to go to a fair amount extra effort to do so)

I would. £5 is fair for being so patient and understanding you weren't at fault

Well yesterday was pants - absolute radio silence on all my various things for sale but today I sold a £11 on FB within 30 seconds and am expecting £15.84 on a matched bet after the Arsenal match so maybe things aren't so 'end of the month' after all...

You could start a referral file on referral board if you can refer people and see how you get on.

All fair points, although I seem to be amassing points at a fairly acceptable pace using the odd download offer and free daily points. I can't see an obvious referral link to paste elsewhere, but there is a built in share the app option. Not sure how many points that make you, but I'd prefer to get at least one cashout before I did that anyway.

I'll push on to a $5 payout and let the thread know if it plays up or not
