Well, i would like to say, to lose weight you need to set goals on how you are going to archive this. I am going to lose 20 pounds, I am going to get back in shape, and I will get rid of the stubborn fat in my stomach. All these are goals. But the real goals are when, how and where you are going to shed weight. And these goals should be defined, written down, and you should be committed to it. Outside weight lose have you set any goals before and you succeed? If that is true then you have no problem succeeding with this new goal to lose weight.
You deserve to live a good life; you deserve to wear whatever you want to wear, rise out of surviving and step into thriving. Yes you need other people to help you out of overweight but you are to do the major job of losing the weight and you can start by setting goals. You have the ability to believe in yourself and achieve incredible things in life including losing weight. However, your life is not a result of what you can do, but a result of the actions you take. Remember, your goals will not bring results until you decide to physically do something about them.
Start now, write down the amount of calories you want to burn everyday and how you want to archive it. Write down the type of exercises you want to do everyday to burn all the calories you want to burn. Write do the types of food you want to eat that will give you the right result. Write do the amount of water you want to drink and all you want do to help you lose weight. Writing them down is good. But "doing" them is better.
