  • I interpreted your message incorrectly. Sorry for any confusion. It's bank statements which I will likely receive tomorrow & I am now attending court which hopefully has not been cancelled as I've cancelled work for this after receiving such an alarming letter from Albany. Can they cancel the case without my permission for the case to not go to court?

    If they have cancelled the hearing then learning tomorrow you have now agreed to comply may be too late.
