This is what I got from Three today...I think it is good!!
We have two contracts with 3 in our household (both one plans). I received the dreaded letter for terminating the one plan for my number but not my wife's number, so I decided to contact 3 and sort out both contracts as I am sure that the other letter is on the way. After a bit of negotiation, this is what I got:
1- For myself (Data is important- I use about 5 GB/month): Unlimited min and txt + 8GB data on monthly contract for £16/month (normally £27).
2- For my wife (min. are important !!, below average data user): Unlimited min. and txt+ 4GB data on 12 months contract for £12/month (normally £21)
I feel happy as I always thought that we are paying for allowance we do not use with the one plan (£30 for both contracts). Now £28 and still have generous allowance (we are not into tethering)
