Hi, new to this

I changed from a pay as you go customer to contract on the phone, I don't know the terms and conditions of my contract as I haven't signed anything and haven't been sent a copy of my contract.

Am I actually bound by a verbal contract, are Vodafone obliged to send me details of my contract?

Any advice would be appreciated.

They usually send it by email, with a 14 day cooling off period from the date the contract was agreed in the phone. Did they not go through the terms and conditions with you then?
All shall be well, and all shall be well, and all manner of things shall be well.

Pedant alert - it's could have, not could of.

The T&C are the same for all contracts and can be found on the website.
The only essential details you need confirmed are price, term, allowances an extras (if any).
  • Hi

I didn't receive terms and conditions by e-mail, yes they told me the rates on the phone and about the 14 day cooling off period, but I really don't know what my t&cs are.

I would like to know if there is a legitimate contract in place, difficult because I haven't seen anything and haven't signed anything.

Any further advise would be appreciated.

    Regards

    Terms and conditions

Contracts can be verbal and don't necessarily have to be signed.

It's a different question if they have the recording of the call proving the details.
