I do not have a showroom brochure, but it is available online and clearly states what is included.
The problem is specifications change, and what is available now has no relevance to what was available at the time you placed the order. The brochure will have a disclaimer to state that specification can change from that published.0 -
Yes, specs change, but I should not be paying for an extra that puts the price up and not receive it.
I should add that this car was not ordered for me, It was already in the dealers stock.0 -
The dealer stated to me several times exactly what was on the car. Yes, I should have asked to see them actually working on the car, but it is difficult to check off every detail on the car and not be distracted, surly you need to have some faith in the salesperson.
As far as I was aware the door sills was fitted and just not working.0
