I've not had much success in the past with buying pressies throughout the year - did it one year when I found the perfect nail polish set for SIL...only for her a few months later to say "shall we only spend £5 on each other this year?". Then this year I bought for my own sis only for her to say "Don't worry about us - just get the kids something".... Oh well...

Well I was about £80 down on what I was expecting today - got 2 cancellations for my course and 1 no show and then tonight I think the rain must've put people off because only got 5 when I was expecting 9. The class I run tonight is drop in so I can't do anything about that but I think for future workshops I'll ask people to pay whenever they sign up... I thought this in the past but then I need to have a refund policy, which I've never wanted to do before...

Hope you are all having a lovely evening. I'm just going to have a wee bowl of HM soup for supper and try to get an early night.

    Lots of love xxxxxxxx
