now it will not be called a "fine" , however is it an invoice "asking" for money or a demand saying that if YOU do not pay it they will take court action?Save a Rachael

I recently received a threatening letter too from same company after 18 months (overstayed in scottish NHS hospital parking June 2014) - i made a paper plane from letter and flew it out of my 4th foor flat window lol !!! They are obviously doing a sweep to see if they can frighten enough people to bring in a bit cash ...... only concern i have is for elderly folk who are frightened in to paying .......0

Unless DRP are claiming in Scotland that the RK is liable under PoFA, then what interest has Trading Standards in the issue of what is no more than a begging letter?
On what basis are you suggesting the complaint is made? Help the posters out a bit here. Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .
I provide only my personal opinion, it is not a legal opinion, it is simply a personal one. I am not a lawyer.
