No Buying Unnecessary Toiletries February 2016

Few UU to report:
Lush snow fairy shower gel 100g- WBA really liked this. Lathered up a treat and the scent is gorgeous it's like showering in candy. Just wish it wasn't so expensive however do have more in stash.
So...kiss me lip balm- WBA if I bought the gift set with the perfume again (doubt you can buy on its own). I was really surprised by this, it felt really moisturising and sorted my lips out better than most of the other ones I've used. It did go a bit lumpy after a while but was still ok to use.
Avon advance techniques instant repair 7 hair mask- WBA if I can find it on offer. It's normally 3.30 which although I really like it the pot is quite small for the price. I did like it though, it did a good job on my hair and had a pleasant smell. No Buying Unnecessary Toiletries 2015/2016/2017/2018

Hi all
Just a quickie for me as I finally have a use up this month - not one on my list mind you - but a use up nonetheless. All the things on my list appear to be refilling themselves as they seem to be neverending.:D
Anyway the use up with my shower gel which was Original Source Lemon. I WBA as I love the smell of this and the zing of the lemon really wakes me up in the morning.
Now to catch up on how you are all doing.0 -
Have 3 more UUs:-
L'Occitane almond oil 75ml. We all like this product. Have a full sized and Eco refill in stash.
LUSH Christingle. Thankfully it has gone. WDNBA. I was in LUSH yesterday returning some empty pots and the SA commented on how lovely this is. I told her that I didn't like it and she repeated several times "you didn't LIKE it?" To the point where I thought I was talking with the head of creativity and I was personally assaulting her brain child! I told her that I didn't like the sensation it gave me and she commented thAt it would be great in Summer. Told her I felt the same and that it was a shame they released it in Summer. She then said she could still not believe I didn't like it. I said that we are all entitled to our own opinions because by then I was sick of her bleating on about it. Got a little awkward!
Mario Bedescu Glycoluc acid toner. Loved this product. Made my skin feel really clean. Will have to look at price but for now have full sized LE IBST to open.
How very dare you criticise a Lush product :rotfl:- they are a funny bunch in that shop.
No uu's for me but I did repaint my nails with Nails Inc Porchester Square - I really, really love this polish.Debt Free and now a saver, conscious consumer, low waste lifestyler

Thanks for all the well wishes ladies, had the stitches out earlier in the week and my arm is a mess but healing beautifully apparently. Stings like hell when I shower and if I never have to go near a tin of Vaseline again once all this is over it will be too soon!
Things are slow going due to my inability to pamper an entire arm (!) but I have a couple of UUs to report:
5/20. Bio Olive Oil Cosmetics Pomegranate Body Butter 200ml
6/21. Korres Iris Lily of the Valley Cotton Shower Gel 250ml
These were V-day gifts from my DH last year brought back from a work trip to Greece. I don't think you can buy the body butter here, or even online, but I WDBA if I could as it was a gorgeous scent and consistency - lightly fragranced but it lingered, and sank in well. Loved the shower gel too, but quite pricey - WMBA but would happily receive as a gift. The two together have made showertime - which has been a painful farce at best for the past two weeks - more bearable, so thank goodness for saving for best a little eh!
I've cracked open a full size Philosophy raspberry shower gel and a large S&G butter so unlikely to have any more UUs in this area until at least late March!MFW 2017 #123 2018: £1,852.64/£39,200 (4.7%)0 -

Given that the staff in Lush often act like they are in a cult I think you are very brave!
19) Threw away a bottle of Lancome's Magnifique perfume as it was starting to smell funny. It has been discontinued so I can not replace it. I wouldn't anyway as it was a bit dull.0 -
Hi guys, had such a busy week so I need to go back an catch up on all of your posts!
Here are my UUs:
Witch Blemish Stick 10g: This usually helps with my spots - WBA.
TBS Fuji Green Tea Body Lotion 250g: Lovely scent and sank in well but I won;t buy from TBS any more so WNBA.
Montagne Jeunesse Berrylicious Mud Masque: This smelled lovely and fruit, and my face felt cleansed afterwards. WMBA.
Superdrug B. Micellar Wipes: Nice enough - WBA.
Sanctuary Eau De Toilette 25ml: Really liked this when I first got it but now I'm not so keen. WMBA.
Lush Snowman Shower Jelly 100g: This is arguably the nicest smelling product I've ever bought. The downside is that shower jellies are a nightmare to use and lots of t ended up wasted. Would buy something in the scent again but maybe not this particular product.
Lush Celebrate Body Lotion 45g: This wasn't amazing at sinking into my sink but it did smell incredible. WMBA as part of a set.
Hope everyone is well!0 -

You were very brave!! I love their stuff but I have no idea what their customer service manager is thinking, I've worked in retail and it's pretty much the opposite of what we were told.
I have a UU - yay - it's B. Powder - WDBA but I have one to replace so have started that. I've just gone onto the superdrug website to get the actual name and it's saying there's no powders available under this brand!!:mad:
Looking at my 6 by spring list I think I was a little over ambitious with it. There is no way I'm going to finish the remaining 5 products so I'm thinking of putting these over to a by summer list and choosing a different 5 for spring as there's still over a month left. I know it's cheating slightly but I'd rather succeed in some way.My debt free diary

3/12 Body Shop concealer stick. Shade 01, great match for skintone. WBA HG
TA
1/1 Veet spray on hair removing cream – ancient, would not risk it. WNBA happy to shave or epilate.

A couple of UUs for me:
- VO5 sachets of shampoo and conditioner. Far too little in them to be able to tell if they were any good or not!
- Soap & Glory Make Yourself Youthful Super Serum. WDNBA! Awful serum that brought me out in spots! Tried it on and off to make sure it was this, and eventually had to stop using it on my face as I knew it was the culprit for my outbreak, as well as a general deterioration in my skin tone. Felt I had to use it up somehow so put it on my arms one night, which then also had little spots 24hours later  The rest went on my feet. There’s possibly some still left but I really don’t care (it also wasn't very economical, didn't sink in too well, and I wasn't that keen on the texture). Replaced with a sample of Clinique serum that I know I get on with, and my skin is slowly clearing up, phew.0
