Iphone 5 photos not working

Hi guys


This morning my photos stopped working, I tried to save a photo off facebook from a few years ago and it said saved, went to the photos section on my iPhone and the photo wasn't there, then did a screen shot of the photo on both facebook and timehop, gone into my photo section as well as screenshots and no photo there, I decided to delete a few songs as well as photo's incase I was running out of space, went back into photos as the photos I deleted were still there, deleted the photos again, came out and back in and again still there, I also went onto facebook and tried to do a status with a photo 3 times and each time it crashed when chicked on photo within status, I managed to do a normal status with no photo fine, It looks like something is wrong with the photo side, the camara seems to be working taking the pic but then not dropping into photos section?

Have you tried rebooting the phone to see if works
