Do Netflix ever do 'come back' discounts?

Had Netflix a while ago, don't currently subscribe. Want to watch a series they have so will subscribe for a month again. I regularly get "Come back to Netflix" emails but they don't have any special offers. Does anyone know if they ever do offers? Ie is it worth waiting for one? :money:

have you tried looking online for any codes or offers?
it might be worth emailing back once you receive an email off them asking if they're willing to give you any discounts for deciding to sign back up with them.Olivia Rose0 -
I think their margins are probably very tight unlike Sky who can offer big discounts because of the absurd amount of their packages so I would be very surprised if NF do have comeback offers.0

If money is so tight that you can't afford even a full month's subscription, I'd question the wisdom of signing up again at all. How much does the series you want to watch cost on DVD?0 -
Money's not tight, but always worth checking if discounts come up. This is MSE after all!
Thanks all - I'll have a quick look for discount codes but can well imagine you're right re their margins.0 -
I got one a few days ago. Must be a year since I last subbed, but got a 'come back and have a free month' email.0
