Motorhome exess insurance

Hi, off to Australia late February , hiring a motor-home to go traveling.
Are there any insurance products or credit card, that will cover the excess ? .
Bit expensive to take out the hirers extra insurance.

Never used and can't comment on whether any good or not, but noticed they did it when I was recently looking for worldwide car hire excess.

You have to select the car cover & add on Campervan & Motorhome.
I have not looked but I presume they will cover a Motorhome is Australia.
