Cheapest broadband and landline package

Hi. I'm hoping you can advise me on the cheapest broadband and landline deal currently available. I've been with TalkTalk for two years and I am now out of contract, although still paying £27.70 a month for their Essentials Broadband & Phone package (£17.70 landline rental and £10 unlimited broadband). My requirements are for unlimited broadband (due to accessing on demand TV and films) and for a phone landline (I only make about 10 calls a month). Keeping the cost as low as possible is the main consideration, although it would be great to upgrade to fibre if it's only going to cost another pound or two a month. I've had a look on MoneySupermarket, and there is a deal from Fuel Broadband for only £17.96 a month inclusive and on a 12 month contract. This seems too good to be true. Has anyone any experience of their service?

I'm with PlusNet and pay about the same, although I have phone line, unlimited broadband, and anytime calls. The anytime calls costs about £5 a month I think, and the broadband is on half price for 2 years from about 18 months ago. You might be able to slice a bit off the line rental by paying for the year up front, or speak to TT and see if they'll sign you up for another 12 months with half price BB. Not seen cheap fibre, but not looked for a while as I can't get it at my house (too near the phone exchange apparently!).0

False Invoice from FUEL BROADBAND OPINION
I tried to become a Fuel Broadband customer but they couldn't manage to do a simply installation. I missed fourth appointment due to my child health conditions. I called them plenty of time before the appointment but on a same day. It was to late.
They want my to pay £59 for that. TERMS and Conditions state £30.
After many calls (the people are totally rude!!!) after three days I had an opportunity to spoke to a supervisor. Waste of time. When I showed him where in terms I found it he changed on on-line document the £30 to £59 immediately. Likely I have it as a screen shot and printed with timer.
NEVER NEVER NEVER take any contract with Fuel Broadband named also Primus Eco Saver
