Anyone else had or has problems with Extra Energy?

I have been with them a year and all I can say is their customer services is dreadful .I noticed the bills they sent me didnt make sense then they subsequently cancelled . I gave them a meter reading on Monday 22/01/16 and so far I have rung them 3 times to get an up to date bill and they just seem to fob me .Yesterday they kept men waiting for 20 minutes before telling me a bill would be sent with 24 hours but so far nothing .I am tempted to leave but first i want to use a price comparison website but must have an up to date energy usage which would be on a bill.I've read some pretty awful reviews about this company so I am not sure what my rights are if I just switch regardless or what would happen
