Currently have a contract phone until October, developing faults such as taking ages to send a text (signal is strong), alarm now working this morning, tried to download a new alarm app freezes, tried another same problem. Connects to laptop to backup photos before factory re-setting, not picking up the sync (it was ok last week).

I bought the phone on 3 website rather than the local store, is it ok to take this problem up with the store? As not bought from store.

I will try and factory re-set first though.

Store will do as 3 care, arrange collection to their repair centre.

Do try reset first, phones are computers these days, calling and texting is just a feature.
