    they know they are on a hiding to nothing , hence their withdrawal from the case

    you nearly lost due to the postal c*** up , glad you had the online appeal accepted, so alls well that ends well, keep the paperwork for 6 years , just in case

    I think online is better than postal, thats the moral here
