Thanks again Coupon-mad & Edna Basher.
I'll not repost my full appeal again but if I add in Coupon-mad's text for #3 & #4 exactly as is in the post #25. Then if I add in the below after the first numbered outline of my appeal points:I’d also like highlight that a previous POPLA appeal has be granted as successful against ECP for a similar case where there was a Non Compliant Notice to Hirer issue. The details of it are are as follows:POPLA assessment and decision:18/03/2016
Verification Code: 2410196557
Decision: Successful
Assessor Name: Robert Harrison
What do we think, will that cover all that's needed? It's now around 3.5 pages A4, will that be ok?0 -
Yes, that's fine and you won't be printing it out anyway. Just attach it under 'other' on the POPLA appeals page. Without ticking any other choices, nothing about the driver not seeing signs or other twaddle headings no doubt 'suggested' by the BPA and swallowed by POPLA.
Just fill in your details as appellant 'motorist' (you have no choice on that - stupid POPLA) and tick 'other' and make sure it takes the PDF attachment. Just put in the 'other' box something short like: 'My full appeal is attached. The driver has not be been established in this case so I appeal as hirer'.PRIVATE 'PCN'? Received a letter from the POPLA team:
:jThank you for submitting your parking charge Appeal to POPLA.
An Appeal has been opened with the reference 2410646318.
Euro Car Parks has told us they do not wish to contest the Appeal. This means that your Appeal is successful and you do not need to pay the parking charge.
Yours sincerely,
POPLA Team
