Definitely not me. I had 12 spins and got nothing. Not even a measly 5 points

Hope they sort it out for you soon.

I take it if you've won any points then they'll email? Don't think I can have as I'm sure they'd have contacted people by now. Ah well, worth a shot!

I first emailed them on the 7th of February about missing points and still haven't heard back :mad: I've emailed them again the other day but don't expect to hear back. I have been really disappointed with this app.

I wonder whether there's a way to get one of the Bounts team to join MSE to field questions and problems in an official capacity. I know they respond on FB but not everyone here has FB. I think a Bounts rep would be great on MSE.

Just checked my bounts account and saw that I'd be credited with 20 points for checking in at a gym! Now, I don't go to any gym, but after a bit of investigation, I discovered it's a gym near a shop I went into in town today!

I might visit that shop more in future!
