9. General Prize Information:

a. Airline seats are subject to availability;
b. The winners and their guests must travel together in both directions;
c. All elements of the prize package must be taken as part of the same trip;
d. The winners and their guests must abide by and are subject to the Airline’s published Conditions of Carriage;
e. Once flight tickets have been issued, they are only valid for the dates and times shown;
f. Guests below the age of 16 must provide written parental consent to travel unless accompanied by a parent or guardian;
g. If a flight or hotel booking is cancelled by the winner, no alternatives will be issued and for the avoidance of doubt, no compensation and/or refund will be provided;
h. Specified activities are subject to availability at the time of booking. Alternatives may be offered depending on availability;
i. £100 spending money will be transferred into each of the winners’ Bank account before their trip;
j. Travel insurance will be supplied for each winner and their guest before departure with no pre-existing medical conditions. Travel insurance is subject to restrictions and the terms and conditions of the insurance provider. It is the responsibility of the winner and their guest to meet any additional costs relating to obtaining insurance cover for any pre-existing medical conditions and/or for any additional costs as may be specified where the winner and/or their guest are aged 85 or over;
k. The winners and their guests will require passports valid for at least 6 months on date of travel; any necessary visas are the responsibility of the winners and their guests;
l. The prize does not include local airport transfers, excess baggage, car parking charges, additional meals or drinks, additional excursions and attractions, additional nights and services at the hotel or any other costs of a personal nature not stated, all of which will be the sole responsibility of the winners and their guests; and
m. The Prize must be booked and taken by 4th February 2017 (subject to availability) but excludes Christmas and New Year (20th December 2016 – 1st January 2017), Valentine’s Day, Easter, School Holidays and Bank Holiday periods in the UK and the country of the Prize.

10. Winners are responsible for the behaviour of themselves and their guests whilst taking the Prize. The Promoter reserves the right in its absolute discretion to exclude the winner and/or guest from participation in the Prize if any party fails to comply with the directions of the Promoter or any companies associated with the Prize or the winner and/or guest act in a manner that is dangerous to themselves or to the public or is anti-social in any manner or which causes a disturbance or nuisance to others;

11. Please allow up to 28 days for delivery of prizes from the date of winner acceptance.

12. The Prizes are non-transferable, non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for any cash alternatives in whole or in part. The Promoter reserves the right to provide an alternative prize of equal or greater value in the event of unforeseen circumstances.

13. Winner Selection: Ten Potential winners will be selected at random from all valid entries received, who have answered the entry question correctly during the Promotion Period. For your total confidence, the potential winners will be selected, in a random draw, by PromoVeritas, the independent promotional verification service.
