I've sent them a message, will report back with what they say.
Looking on the bright side at least I won't be having to find things to buy in amazon to spend all these vouchers.0 -
Same with me. I just cashed in $11.52 and got £8.99.0

I have just had to contact them to verify my phone number and they were very quick and helpful.0

£7.80 confirmedmight just go back to PayPal cash out from here then as I'd rather the cash & I can't see them increasing it quickly if rates change

50 points for 15/20 minute survey is about 35p. Which is what the majority are, don't think I will be bothering with that.0

Well I emailed them. They replied saying they've 'updated the exchange rate's a further email elicited a google link to the usd /gbp exchange rate. I pointed out that the amazon vouchers did seem to be based on the exchange rate, and asked what 1000 points would buy in the other cash out methods. I'm still waiting on a reply.
Annoying. They easily have the best 'customer' service of any of the survey organisations, and they had a decent rate of pay also. Not sure its worth it now :S0 -
Sadly I didn't realise about the exchange rate glitch or I would have cashed in my points a few weeks ago, serves me right I suppose for not following the golden rule of survey sites and checking out as soon as possible!
As it is I basically just log into MintVine once a day for the daily poll since it only takes a few seconds and leave it at that; the points offered for surveys simply aren't worth the time invested, especially with so many other survey sites out there vying for my limited spare time.0 -
I find I can cash out often with Minvine, mainly through the instant payers on the offers page - Adwall I think it is. It has become my favourite site tbh and even though they have finally twigged about the exchange rate my Amazon account balance is growing nicely and I will have a good old chunk by Xmas. Like most survey sites you learn to use it to it's best and that takes a while. I work from home on a fairly passive job so I have time to spend an hour or so a day doing surveys and half an hour or so on Mintvine means a cash out every 10 days or so as the points keep being approved almost daily if you see what I mean)0
