I have to admit that i'm impressed with their customer service. I completed a survey, but was then told that I didn't qualify. Filled in the form to complain, and two hours later they've approved the survey payment, it's not even showing as pending.

Just cashed out an amazon card. It has gone down to £7.80. Last weeks cash out was £13.10. Both for 1000 points.
Anyone else noticed this?
Also did anyone else do the week long mouthwash product test via mintvine in the past few weeks? Have you been paid for it? I've emailed about it and they cant find any details.

I last cashed out on 26th July and it was £13.10. I have not used the site much in the last few weeks so not ready to cash out again yet.


Gutted if they have reduced it to £7.80, that is quite a drop with no warning.


Saying that it has always said cash out is for a $10 voucher, maybe they have finally realized their mistake as £7.80 is roughly $10.
