help please with nationwide credit card get £25

I am livid with Nationwide; their customer service is dire, dire, dire!!

I used the link on their home page to ask for a credit card and receive a £25 incentive and opened and used the account but had no reward!! Chased them no reply, chased them no reply, went to branch they claimed to know nowt about any £25 offer. So eventually I made a complaint and now the say I couldn't have used the link as my card was opened before the offer started!! This is impossible as I used a link on their home page!! Not a happy bunny.

Anyone happen to know when this offer started?? bit of a long shot but it infuriates me when companies lie to save such a measly amount!! It's becoming the principle now!

2. The £25 reward will be credited to your account within 90 days of the qualifying transactions being made.

3. The £25 reward will not count towards any minimum payment requirements.

4. Applications must be made between 4 November 2015 and 31 March 2016.

5. If a qualifying transaction is refunded to your account we may remove the £25 reward if you no longer have qualifying transactions totalling over £25.

6. If you already hold a Nationwide credit card or have closed one in the last 12 months you will not be eligible for the £25 reward.

7. This is a promotional offer which does not affect your credit card agreement.
