If I were you i'd wait and see if they discount it in the run up to Christmas and buy then.

Instead of hanging round for rare codes I earn Amazon vouchers for free via survey sites (Swagbucks, I Say) and get pay-outs from cash back websites in Amazon vouchers. Topcashback & Quidco who offer a bonus % when paid in amazon vouchers.

It perhaps needs to be mentioned that this is account-specific and will only work on certain accounts where an email has been sent out by Amazon advising the account holder.
