    Anyone is optimistic if they take any notice of the 13 week criteria. My son waited from Dec.2013 unti Nov.2015 to be assessed for esa ( 2 cancelled appointments).PIP was granted after a year .

    I just phoned DWP this morning to enquire about my award. I have been placed into the support group!!!!!!

    Sounds rather petty, Being on ESA isn't some kind of reward or anything, It's for people who are genuinely ill and cannot work because of a health condition that being mental or physical. And if people were being nasty about you're health condition why not call the police since it is technically a hate crime to be nasty to someone with a disability.

    I'm in the process of taking my employer to court on unfair dismissal and disability discrimination.
