I did write one last complain to WH, and I submitted a complaint to SRA. This was in April, I didn't hear anything from WH since!
Do you think they gave up? how much time do they have to go to court since the PCN? Do PCNs have an "expiry date"?

no , definitely not
it seems you missed the following point made earlier
6 years
they play the long game, so a couple of months is nothing compared to the "long game" of 72 months
its an invoice, and just like any invoice in England and Wales they have 6 years to try to resolve it (5 years in Scotland)0 -
6 years is a long time. Well, they contacted me again, this time via "bwlegal". I guess it's back to the lovely correspondence with them. Too bad that paying seems the only way to shut them up forever.0

They have to prove who was driving.
More than six years report them to the SRA.0
