New mattress is too hot and hurting my back

I have ordered a 4.5 tog duvet, should arrive this week.
I think I will get used to the warmth but as soon as I lie down I feel the pressure on my lower back as I sink into the foam.
I slept better but ached today.
I've had a Tempur memory foam mattress for over 10 years and for the first few days I was in quite a bit of pain and thought I had made a big mistake, but now I wouldn't sleep on anything else. So give it a week and hopefully your aches will disappear.0
